Job Summary
Shaw Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate CFO Hub Support Specialist to join our team in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to overcome barriers and achieve their goals in education, training, and employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of participants in the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub, providing high-quality support and guidance to facilitate engagement in activities that promote successful resettlement.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders, including employers, local authorities, health services, and voluntary sector organizations, to provide comprehensive participant support.
- Monitor and report on participant progress, working to targets and key performance indicators to ensure effective service delivery.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs of our participants, adapting support strategies to meet individual requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective service, sharing best practices and expertise to drive positive outcomes.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals.
- Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes.
- Ability to build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services.
- Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management, with the ability to manage a caseload independently and provide community-based support.
