With an estimated salary of £35,374 - £41,542 per annum, depending on experience, you will be rewarded for your hard work and commitment. This role offers opportunities for career development and personal growth, with a focus on providing exceptional care and support to our young people.

  • Job Summary: Provide individualized support and care to young people in our residential settings.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with young people, parents, and other stakeholders;
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team approach;
  • Requirements:
  • A 'can do' attitude and a passion for working with young people;
  • Empathy and resilience in the face of challenging situations;
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential; we offer training and support to help you achieve this qualification;
  • A full UK driving license is also required.
