Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Mase Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing new and existing business in the Northern territory.
Your primary focus will be on cultivating a current account base of key accounts and developing sales opportunities within areas such as machine builders, factory automation, production machinery, industrial machinery, automated warehousing, healthcare equipment, and test benches.
You will work closely with Design Engineers, Project Engineers, Engineering Managers, Project Managers, and Production Managers to develop long-term relationships and contribute towards our company's long-term growth expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 4-5 years' solution sales experience selling electronic/electrical components to OEMs. You should be comfortable liaising with technical personnel and possess a consultative and solutions-based sales approach.
