We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at 4Recruitment Services. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks related to the design, installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of water systems and heating systems in social housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Installation: Carry out the design and installation of water systems and heating systems in accordance with agreed targets and procedures.
  • Maintenance and Servicing: Service, maintain, repair, and fault-find hot and cold water systems, and carry out minor heating works such as alterations to gas pipework and connections.
  • Co-ordination and Collaboration: Co-ordinate the services of other trades and work with colleagues, contractors, and partners to ensure a seamless and excellent service to customers.
  • Stock and Supply Management: Manage stock and supplies to ensure works are not delayed.
  • Efficiency and Value: Work in an efficient manner that delivers value for money, identify efficiencies, gaps in service delivery, and communicate them to line management.
  • Customer Focus: Use information available to identify customer needs and ensure services are tailored to meet those needs.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and Experience: Must hold relevant qualifications and experience in plumbing and water systems maintenance.
  • DBS Check: An enhanced DBS check will be required for successful applicants.
  • Driver's License: Must hold a full UK driver's license.
