Plumbing Services for Social Housing

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a Plumber for Social Housing, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our tenants, ensuring their homes are safe, functional, and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform plumbing work related to the construction and repair of social housing units, adhering to building codes and safety standards.
  2. Carry out routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance for social housing properties, collaborating with other construction professionals and tradespeople.
  3. Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing issues, ensuring all work meets project specifications.
  4. Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, sinks, and pipes, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  5. Work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the well-being of the community and the success of our organization.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Plumber, preferably in a social housing context, with a strong knowledge of plumbing techniques, tools, materials, and safety standards.
  2. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  3. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and tradespeople.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Certification or diploma in plumbing, with experience working in social housing or a similar environment.
  2. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
