Plumber Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our social housing tenants, ensuring their homes are safe, functional, and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform plumbing work related to the construction and repair of social housing units.
  • Carry out routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance for social housing properties.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
  • Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, sinks, and pipes.
  • Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals and tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Plumber, preferably in a social housing context.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing techniques, tools, materials, and safety standards.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Must have a certification or diploma in plumbing.
  • Experience working in social housing or a similar environment.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
