We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a Plumber - Social Housing Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our social housing tenants, ensuring their homes are safe, functional, and comfortable.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform plumbing work related to the construction and repair of social housing units, adhering to building codes and safety standards.
  • Conduct routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance for social housing properties, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing issues, utilizing your expertise to resolve complex problems.
  • Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, sinks, and pipes, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**
