Job Title: Plumber/Multi Trade Social Housing

We are seeking a skilled Plumber/Multi Trade Social Housing professional to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Plumber/Multi Trade Social Housing specialist for a contractor working with a local council. The role is based in the property services sector, and you will be required to be mobile and engage with tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out all aspects of plumbing work, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  2. Utilize your multi-trade skills, such as carpentry and plastering, to support the plumbing work.
  3. Work on social housing properties daily, requiring a strong understanding of social housing regulations and best practices.
  4. Hold a full UK driving license and be able to travel to various locations.
  5. Possess a plumbing qualification and have a strong core strength in plumbing.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in plumbing with some experience in multi-trade skills.
  • Previous experience working in social housing, with a good understanding of the sector's regulations and challenges.
  • A full UK driving license and a reliable vehicle.
  • A plumbing qualification and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a van and fuel allowance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable contractor and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to social housing tenants.
