Clinical Nurse Specialist

Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about Colorectal Pelvic Floor care.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of pelvic floor dysfunction and be able to prioritise and organise their workload, work under pressure, and have a commitment to patient-centred care.
Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will develop and implement Nurse-led clinics applicable to the post and specialist, including both new and follow-up patients. They will act as an autonomous practitioner in forming clinical decisions and management plans in the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of patients presenting to the pelvic floor service.
The post holder will also provide expert advice, support, and education to Nursing and Medical staff through clinical practice and evidence-based development.
