Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience and cold/warm calling skills.
  • Commutable distance from Redditch - Daily office attendance required.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-autonomy and team working skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset with ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

Package:

  • £25,000-£30,000 base salary with uncapped commission. Expected commission: £50,000.
