About the Opportunity:
This is a hybrid role that requires frequent travel (up to 10-20%) and collaboration with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations. As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap for customer journeys, identifying customer needs, developing application landscape and service solutions, selling the value of implementation approaches, and guiding the sales process to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement services sales strategies to support license growth in the EMEA region.
  • Prepare and present proposals and sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition of Kantata's cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to outline application architecture and solutions based on Kantata products that address their unique requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across various levels of personnel, from technical resources to C-Suite executives.

What You Bring to this Role:
  • A proven track record of successful sales and consulting experience in a SaaS services organization.
  • A strong understanding of service sales processes and methodologies, with a solid grasp of the EMEA region and its regional differences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex situations that require quick thinking and strategic responses.
