Job Title: Client Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Account Manager to join our team at Duval Associates Ltd. As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing our client accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage all aspects of new business within the assigned channel, including expansion, pricing discussions, and sales needs.
  • Deliver exceptional broker care, including taking ownership of day-to-day sales and service queries, and liaising with internal teams to resolve and communicate back to third parties.
  • Handle inbound telephone sales calls and emails from brokers, converting opportunities into new sales revenue, and ensuring individual sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve intermediary sales targets and KPIs.
  • Achieve personal targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 18 months+ experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of success in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Passion for wellbeing and a genuine understanding of the benefits of our solution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
