About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Formula Recruitment. As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the future strategy of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account growth plans to increase revenue and expand client portfolios
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver market research toolsets and products
  • Act as a conduit between the business and clients, promoting our unique consumer behavior research technologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B account management
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across internal teams, business stakeholders, 3rd party suppliers, and C-suite
  • Ability to be commercially driven with a project management mindset
  • Thought leadership in project management, with a passion for understanding business mechanics and identifying upselling opportunities
