As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our client accounts portfolio by developing and nurturing relationships with existing partners, ensuring a thorough understanding of our products and services to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage all aspects of new business within your assigned channel, including expansion, pricing discussions, and sales needs.
  • Deliver exceptional broker care, including taking ownership of day-to-day sales and service queries, and liaising with internal teams to resolve and communicate back to third parties.
  • Handle inbound telephone sales calls and emails from brokers, converting opportunities into new sales revenue and ensuring you meet your agreed channel and individual sales targets.
  • Manage tasks effectively, prioritizing workloads to maintain an excellent service level and work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure intermediary sales targets are met and exceeded.

About You:

  • A sales professional with 18 months+ experience in B2B sales, with a strong ability to thrive in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Passionate about wellbeing and offering a genuinely life-changing solution and service.
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and capable of hitting targets and achieving a lucrative bonus/commission.
