IO Associates seeks a Client Account Manager for the Manchester site. Join a world leader in enabling many of the world's leading market research and media organizations to track real consumers across multiple devices and major platforms, providing unique insights into actual consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global client accounts in the market research industry, ensuring best practices and driving growth, client satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Act as the central contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to develop insights, identify upsell opportunities, and manage risks.
  • Oversee account transitions from onboarding to management, ensuring alignment with security and quality standards.
  • Maintain Strategic Client Account Plans and provide timely updates to stakeholders, contributing to continuous process and procedure improvement.

Skills required

  • At least 2 years of B2B account management experience in a technical environment; strong candidates with technical aptitude and client development skills will be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team-first mentality, and proven ability to manage complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience or awareness of project management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and technical IT skills, including proficiency in hybrid-working tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams.
