About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Performance Manager to lead and inspire our team to achieve outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team to deliver exceptional stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient environment
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team and supporting sales floors and store management as needed
  • Create a culture where supporting, motivating, and inspiring the team is at the core of everything done
  • Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying, and solving problems, driving high standards for stockroom and stock processing
  • Strive to ensure beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible
About You:
  • You are passionate about customers, people, and products; remain calm and approachable under pressure, always realistic with expectations of others
  • Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, make sound business decisions, confidently challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas to drive business forward
  • Confident when dealing with people issues
  • An effective multitasker who can plan, organise, and prioritise workload
  • Experience in working towards productivity-related performance targets is desirable but not essential
