Role OverviewAs the Reporting and Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing the performance of renewable energy assets, including wind and solar technologies. You will lead the development of reporting systems, data pipelines, and insights to support strategic decision-making, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver critical insights and performance metrics.
- Develop and manage data pipelines from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel to automate data processing and build reporting solutions.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and financial returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet reporting requirements and provide training on reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols and GDPR regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years in data reporting, analysis, and systems integration.
- Expertise in Python for data analysis, automation, and building data pipelines.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Understanding of SCADA systems and their integration with business intelligence platforms.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
