Deputy Care Home Manager Job Description:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team as Deputy Manager in a care home located in Wroxham, Norfolk. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of nursing practices and be able to lead a team of care staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality care to residents.
- Supervise and train care staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent care.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- NMC registered nurse with relevant experience.
- Able to engage with residents and their families to understand their needs.
- Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
