Our client, a leading provider of quality care services, is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead and manage their nursing and care staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care for residents and maintaining strong relationships with external care professionals, families, and the internal team.

The Deputy Nurse Manager will work closely with the Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including compliance with CQC standards and healthcare regulations. This role requires a skilled registered nurse with previous experience in a senior nursing or management position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CQC standards and healthcare regulations, as well as proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
