We are recruiting a skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team at a reputable nursing home in Sheringham. As a Staff Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality care to our elderly residents.
About the Position:

Main Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate individualised care plans
- Lead and motivate carers to ensure good standards of care are maintained
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide high-quality medical or palliative care at all times
Essential Requirements:
- Hold a current RGN qualification and NMC registration
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibit a genuine passion for elderly and dementia care
- Possess a minimum of 6 months' nursing experience
Remuneration:
The salary for this role is £20+ per hour, depending on your level of experience. We offer a competitive package, including comprehensive training and development opportunities.
