Job Title: Special Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a strong background in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), supporting a variety of children with specific SEN needs in a welcoming, inclusive school.

This is a part-time position, available for 3 days per week, with the potential to become a long-term placement due to ongoing staff sickness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing tailored support to children with SEN in both individual and group settings.
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson planning and classroom management.
  • Helping children achieve their learning goals and overcome educational challenges.
  • Working collaboratively with a supportive team in a highly rewarding role.
