About the Role
Sustrans is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join its Fundraising and Supporter Engagement team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving e-commerce revenue growth through strategic planning, process optimization, and team leadership.
About the Team
You will work closely with colleagues in Supporter Engagement, Giving, Strategic Communications, Finance, and external agencies to achieve business objectives. This role involves line management responsibilities for two part-time colleagues, the E-Commerce Promotions Officer and the E-Commerce Products Officer.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of leading and motivating teams, with experience in e-commerce, ideally in cycling or outdoor industries. You should be skilled in project delivery, data analysis, and using paid and organic channels to increase sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
