About the Role

Sustrans is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join its Fundraising and Supporter Engagement team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving e-commerce revenue growth through strategic planning, team management, and digital marketing initiatives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of leading e-commerce teams, improving customer experience, and increasing loyalty. You should also have experience working with Shopify, website content management systems, and integrations with Facebook and Amazon. Additionally, you will need to be skilled in project delivery, data analysis, and using paid and organic channels to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  4. Analyze data to inform e-commerce decisions, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve sales performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Sustrans remains competitive in the e-commerce market.
