About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of leading e-commerce teams, improving customer experience, and increasing loyalty. You should also have experience working with Shopify, website content management systems, and integrations with Facebook and Amazon. Additionally, you will need to be skilled in project delivery, data analysis, and using paid and organic channels to drive sales.
