About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Cheshire Springs care home in Ellesmere Port.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with varying needs
  • Assisting with meal times and promoting healthy eating habits
  • Understanding and addressing individual health and wellbeing needs
  • Encouraging and supporting individuals to participate in social activities and hobbies
  • Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect for all individuals
  • Completing and maintaining accurate care records
