About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at We Support LTD in Ellesmere Port. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities in our supported living services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities in a supported living environment.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support individuals to develop their life skills and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Full UK driving license and use of own vehicle (business use an advantage).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and individuals supported.
