About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Cheshire Springs care home in Ellesmere Port. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with their personal care needs
  • Assist with meal times and promote healthy eating habits
  • Understand and respect individual health and wellbeing needs
  • Encourage participation in social activities and promote choice, dignity, and independence
  • Complete and maintain accurate care records
About You
