Job Summary:

Evolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our client's team in a leading supermarket pharmacy chain with branches across the UK.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and supporting staff to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and Private services to customers.
  • Play an active role in a charity support programme, providing advice to people in the community at risk of, or living with, cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
  • Lead, train, and develop colleagues to ensure the highest standards of patient care and customer service.
  • Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available to meet customers' needs.

Requirements:

  • GPhC registered Pharmacist with post-registration experience.
  • All levels of experience can be considered.
  • Passionate about leading and empowering a team.
  • Approachable and customer-focussed attitude.
