About the Role:

Evolve is working with a leading supermarket pharmacy chain to find a skilled Pharmacist Manager to join their team. As a Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacy staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operation of the pharmacy
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage the pharmacy's inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal levels and efficient use
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the pharmacy remains competitive and compliant
