Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a patient-focused clinical pharmacy service.
  • Provide expert advice on medicines management and contribute to the development of clinical pharmacy services.
  • Support the training and development of junior pharmacists and technicians.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to medicines management.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in pharmacy or equivalent experience.
  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Experience of teaching and supervision of pharmacists, technicians, and students.
  • Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience.
