About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our dynamic clinical pharmacy team at Withybush General Hospital. As a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in providing pharmaceutical care to patients across various specialties, including general medicine, surgery, cardiology, and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver a patient-focused clinical pharmacy service
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to various areas on rotation, including medicines information
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services and policies
  • Participate in teaching and supervision of pharmacists, technicians, and students

Requirements

  • Masters degree in pharmacy or equivalent experience
  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Professional knowledge of medicines management systems and processes
  • Experience of teaching and supervision of pharmacists, technicians, and students
  • Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience
