Education Transformation Specialist

At Targeted Provision Ltd, we are on a mission to revolutionize the quality of education provided to young people with SEN (Special Education Needs) and other additional educational needs. As a seasoned professional in this field, you will play a vital role in transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners in Oxfordshire.
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced SEN SEND tutors who share our passion for delivering holistic and engaging sessions that meet the unique needs of each individual. With a minimum of 2 years teaching experience, you will possess a deep understanding of safeguarding processes and have a proven track record of supporting students with diverse learning needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to raising the standard of educational support offered to vulnerable young people in the UK. As a valued member of our team, you will receive extensive CPD opportunities, including access to the Tes CPD suite, and be supported by a SEN SEND Support Team throughout every placement.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QLTS)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Experience working with young people with SEN, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Two professional references
