Early Years Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Development Specialist to join our team at Co-Operative Energy Ltd.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to contribute to the delivery of outstanding care, early education, and results in our Little Pioneers nurseries. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve all-round outstanding outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities- SUPPORT THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF KEY CHILDREN THROUGH OUTSTANDING QUALITY OF TEACHING AND LEARNING.
- COLLABORATE AS PART OF A TEAM TO DELIVER OUTSTANDING CARE, EARLY EDUCATION, AND ENSURE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS ARE CONSISTENTLY MET.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A FULL AND RELEVANT EARLY YEARS QUALIFICATION.
- An ENHANCED DBS CHECK (WE WILL COVER THE COSTS).
- AN OPEN, HONEST, AND COMPASSIONATE APPROACH.
- INSPIRATION AND PASSION FOR EARLY YEARS AND WORKING WITH CHILDREN.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
