Role Overview

An estimated salary of £26,500 - £30,000 per annum is available for this position. As an Early Years Practitioner at Co-Operative Energy Ltd, you will contribute to the provision of high-quality childcare and education for children.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional care and early education, meeting performance standards.
  • Support the education and development of key children through high-quality teaching and learning strategies.
  • Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
Requirements
  • A relevant early years qualification (essential) and a passion for working with children.
  • An Enhanced DBS check is provided by us.
  • An open, honest, and compassionate approach is required.
