About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Aid Training Specialist to join our team at GN Group in the UK. As a Field Audiologist Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch training and support to our internal and external customers across the UK and Benelux regions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for hearing care professionals on our Resound products and services. This will involve creating educational materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, as well as providing on-site and remote support to address technical and clinical inquiries.

You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify training needs and opportunities, and provide support with product launches. Additionally, you will stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices, and participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance your clinical skills.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Relevant higher educational background within audiology or a related field.
  • Several years of relevant experience from a similar position within the hearing aid industry.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in using PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SFDC, and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including communicating with multiple levels of the organization.
