Job Summary
VANRATH is recruiting a Construction Operations Manager to lead our operations team. The successful candidate will have experience in the civil construction industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to plan and manage workloads effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction with services provided
• Monitor department issues and client complaints to reduce recurring problems
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, restrictions, and laws
• Manage customer accounts and resolve account discrepancies
• Document procedures for third-party monitoring

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the civil construction industry
• Ability to plan, schedule, and review workloads to meet targets in a cost-effective manner
