Role Overview
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a wide range of benefits, including car allowance, payment of an annual professional membership, contributory pensions plan, health shield, and 34 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
Responsibilities and Requirements
Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior experts to optimise project costs and risks, ensuring the development and delivery of projects run in conjunction with business expectations, and managing subcontractors and procurement. To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a Civil Engineering Degree with a 2:2 or higher, possess a full UK manual driving license, and demonstrate a passion for starting a career in the civils industry. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational skills are also essential. You will be expected to work flexibly in a team and be a hard worker.
