About the Role

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is passionate about delivering top-notch care and building meaningful relationships with our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and working collaboratively with our healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, prioritizing their dignity, comfort, and well-being
  • Collaborate with nursing teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer assistance, ensuring their safety and independence
Requirements
  • Valid CNA certification in the state of Indiana
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
