About the Job:
This is a full-time OTA/COTA position in a Skilled Nursing Facility. As an OTA, you will work closely with our OTs to provide individualized care and support to residents. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents
- Collaborate with OTs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist residents with daily activities and promote functional mobility

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree from an accredited OTA program
- Current New York State OTA license
