Job Overview:The Resident Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the well-being of our residents, providing hands-on care and assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centered care and support to residents, aligning with their individualized service agreements
- Maintain open communication with residents, family members, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among colleagues
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Minimum six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living residence (desired)
- Current registration as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality
