Compassionate Resident Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our residents and their families.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care possible. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Helping each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
- Attending In-service training as assigned.
- Being flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
- Able to read, write, spell, do basic math, speak and understand English.
We offer competitive wages of $18 per hour, with shift differential pay of $1.00 for evening shifts and $2.00 for overnights. We also offer double time on holidays, paid vacation, paid sick leave, floating holidays, bereavement leave, parental leave, medical, dental, and vision insurance (30+ hours per week), long-term disability, short-term disability, company-paid life insurance (30+ hours per week), and 401K.
