Job Description

You will act as a friendly point of contact for residents affected by our construction works, helping them understand what's happening on their doorstep by providing updates and answering questions.

You will also support the Resident Liaison team with organizing meetings, visits, and consultations, distributing letters, newsletters, and other communications to keep everyone informed.

In addition, you will assist in coordinating access for contractors to carry out works in homes or community spaces, recording and resolving resident concerns with a professional and caring approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role and/or a qualification in a construction-related field would be beneficial. You should enjoy working with people, solving problems, and making a difference in local communities.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
