Tutoring for Students with SEN

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £37,500 per annum (pro-rata) based on a 20-30 hour week
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced tutor to join our team as a SEN Tutor. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEN support strategies and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to tailor teaching approaches to meet individual student needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering one-to-one tutoring to Key Stage 3 students with SEN, developing and implementing tailored learning plans, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' academic and personal development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver one-to-one tutoring to Key Stage 3 students with SEN in an outreach setting.
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans based on individual student needs and goals.
- Regularly assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' academic and personal development.
Please note that this is a part-time role involving temporary tutoring services to students with SEN in an outreach capacity. The work may require travel to different locations within the Greater London area.
