As a Care Coordinator, you will build friendships with residents, deliver high-level personal and psychological care, and maintain good communication levels with staff and relatives. Your role will be an integral element of daily routines.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.50 - £12 per hour, including ESAS – Salary Advance, Employee Assistance Programme, Perkbox, and Long term service awards. You will also have opportunities for professional development and refer-a-friend benefits.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be responsive to individual needs, and establish a person-centred approach to care. They will also build a positive team environment by encouraging training and self-development.
