Job Details

This role comes with an annual salary of up to £30,000, dependant on experience. The position offers hybrid working, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and free onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Posting invoices accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Raising supplier payments and completing payment runs.
  • Identifying and investigating supplier reconciliation queries to ensure ledgers are accurate.
  • Resolving queries from suppliers and colleagues efficiently and effectively.
  • Processing company expenses.
  • Contributing to the improvement of processes and controls.
  • Taking on any other ad hoc duties and supporting your team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an Account Payable role is essential.
  • Good working knowledge of accounting software's and strong Excel skills are essential.
  • Accurate and timely with your work and be able to meet specified deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and be adaptable to change.
  • Manage your workload and consistently meeting specified deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a continual loop of improvement and confidence with assisting implementation of ideas.
  • Organised, conscientious and able to work as a team.
