Project Financial Manager

We require a qualified Quantity Surveyor to support our client's expansion plans in the Midlands region. As a senior member of the team, you will oversee the delivery of high-profile industrial schemes, focusing on cost control, financial analysis, and stakeholder liaison.
Main Responsibilities:- Cost Control: Oversee project expenditure, tracking costs against budget and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and monitoring of construction projects to ensure adherence to budgets, cash flow projections, and fund management requirements.
- Contract Management: Collaborate with project teams to review contracts, progress reports, and cost data, identifying any discrepancies or potential risks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve financial issues and provide expert advice on cost control and fund management.
- Report Preparation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial reports, including cost estimates, variance analysis, and cash flow projections, for internal and external stakeholders.
£80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus.
