Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Learning Coach to work with pupils who exhibit challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and be able to provide emotional and behavioural support.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide one-to-one or group mentoring to pupils, tailoring support to their individual needs.
  2. Work collaboratively with key school staff to develop and implement effective behaviour plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with children with challenging behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work 5 days a week (term time only).
