Job Description:

Teaching Personnel is seeking a skilled Behaviour Learning Mentor to work with pupils exhibiting challenging behaviour. This rewarding role involves supporting students on a 1:1 or group basis, across the age and ability spectrum.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Pupil Support: Help students access the curriculum and tailor lessons or activities to their level of ability.
  2. Emotional and Behavioural Support: Provide support to students, helping them develop coping strategies and self-regulation skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A genuine interest in supporting children/young people.
  • Relevant references and DBS/police checks.
  • Able to work 5 days a week (term time only).

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.

Estimated salary: £50 per hour.
