Job Description:
As a General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales revenue growth, foster outstanding customer satisfaction, and spearhead profitable growth. You will lead by example, inspire your team to exceed targets, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to retain loyal customers while attracting new business.

- Sales revenue growth
- Customer satisfaction ratings
- Team performance and morale
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a General Sales Manager in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of FCA standards, consumer legislation, and trade practices
- Financial acumen with a track record of achieving KPIs and business goals
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business
