Sales Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Lead to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales operations, with a focus on maximizing revenue opportunities and improving customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Sales Operations Lead, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth. With a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, this role offers a great opportunity for career progression and personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise operational activities on site
- Manage customer-facing team, including motivation, incentives, and team-building activities
- Ensure all business compliance needs are met, including health and safety regulations
- Monitor customer feedback and communicate with relevant parties
- Support in recruitment, induction, and training of new starters
- Assist in delivering team meetings and maximize revenue opportunities through up-selling and training
- Minimize waste and damages, and process them correctly
- Conduct regular stock counts
Requirements:
